Andy started his career in construction at sixteen, which then took him to London. There, he also worked in varied roles, including hotel cook, hospital porter, delivery driver, and even studio assistant at Abbey Road Studios. After returning to Lincolnshire for family reasons, he settled down in a small village, met his partner Sue, and continued working in local authority roles and construction.
In 2010, he finally embraced his lifelong dream of writing. Six years later, he self-published his debut crime thriller, Harry's Justice, which garnered strong reviews. This was followed by a successful sequel, Harry's Revenge.
